The Roush Automotive Collection is pleased to announce the first Open House event scheduled for the 2019 summer season to be held on Thursday, May 9th from 5 pm – 8 pm. This Open House event features a Car Cruise-in, Door Prize Drawings, Roush Performance Tours, Roush Engine Build Competition, Family Fun Activities, and our highly anticipated Clearance Sale. The doors open for the sale at 10 am and the sale runs until 8 pm. This sale will feature discounts on a variety of ROUSH and ROUSH Racing apparel and merchandise. Please note that no drivers will be attending this event.
This is the first of three summer events that will be held for the 2019 season. Open House Cruise-in events will be held on May 9th, June 6th and August 8th at our Livonia, MI facility. All of our open house events are rain or shine, open to the public and free to get in.
Car Cruisers are invited to bring their classic and special interest vehicles from 5 pm – 8 pm for display in our parking lot and in the designated areas along Market Street.
During the Open House, register for a chance to win one of our door prize giveaways. Drawings will be held at 5:30 pm, 6:30 pm and 7:30 pm. Contestants must be present to win. Must be 18 years or older to enter. One door prize entry per night; multiple entries in door prize drawing will lead to disqualification for all prizes. Door prize giveaways include a chance to win an Autographed Jack Roush Hall of Fame Class of 2019 1:64 Scale Hauler Die-cast, Autographed Ricky Stenhouse Jr. Hat, Autographed Roush Fenway Driver Signed Hat, Roush Performance 2’ x 5’ Banner, Roush 40th Anniversary Business Card Holder/Paperweight and a Mark Martin Batman Hat signed by Jack Roush.
Sign up to tour the ROUSH Performance Facility which is separate from the ROUSH Collection Museum. Shuttles leave from the ROUSH Collection to transport guests to the ROUSH Performance Facility where they can see firsthand what goes into producing a ROUSH Mustang. Tours will be held at 10:00 am and 1:00 pm. Tours typically are 1 hour to 1 hour 30 minutes in length. Seating is limited to 20 people per time slot; to ensure your place on the shuttle please Pre-Register by calling 734-779-7290.
Two teams from the ROUSH Engine Build Department will compete side-by-side to see who can execute a complete engine build-up, including a live test run, in the quickest time. The engine build competition will start at 6 pm in the front parking lot.
All our events are family friendly so bring the kids! We will have several fun activities to do including cornhole, football toss, coloring table, and a Pinewood Derby track! Bring your own 1:64 die-casts or use some of ours!
With all this fun you’ll be sure to work up an appetite, a local vendor will be onsite selling hotdogs, soda and water during lunch 11 am – 1 pm and for dinner 5 pm – 8 pm.
