 The
Roush Automotive Collection announces an exciting 2008
Schedule of Events. Open-House Cruise-in events will be
held in May, June, August and September at our Livonia,
MI facility. The first event will be held on May 8th (Thursday)
and will feature our highly anticipated JR’s Garage Sale.
The doors will be open for the sale from 10:00 am until
8:00 pm. This major spring clearance sale will feature
deep discounts on a wide variety of Roush and Roush Racing
apparel and merchandise.
Cruisers are invited to bring their classic and special
interest vehicles for display. The cruise-in will officially
begin at 5:00 pm and will run until 8:00 pm. Register
for a chance at our door prize give-away. Drawings will
be held at 5:30, 6:30 and 7:30. Contestants must be present
to win.
A two man crew from the Roush Engine Build Department
will demonstrate a complete engine build-up, including
a live test run upon completion.
 AAA,
sponsor of the David Ragan Ford Fusion race car, will
have their race car simulator and show car on hand for
guests to enjoy. The two-seated simulator allows for exciting
side-by-side competition on Daytona Speedway. A large
selection of authentic race car parts will be available
for purchase. Treasure hunters will find race car body
panels from the NASCAR series Roush Racing Teams, race
driven tires, engine components and more.
Guests will be able to satisfy their appetite at the JR’s
Garage Filling Station. The cruise-in event menu
will feature a delectable selection of Italian
favorites including meatball and Italian sausage subs
and other cruise-in favorites. The Filling Station will
open for service from 5:00pm until close.
